Brighter Minds Centre gives children aged 8 and up a calm, structured space after school — homework support, focused learning, and safe evening childcare, run by a small, attentive team.
Dedicated time and a quiet room for focused work, not just a holding space until pick-up.
The same faces every session, so children settle quickly and parents know who's looking after them.
Monitored entry and staff who know exactly who's on-site at all times.
"We built Brighter Minds Centre around one idea — that the hours after school should feel calm, not chaotic, for both children and parents."
— Brighter Minds CentreTheir in-depth, personalised approach was a real highlight — Z. J. said it made all the difference and happily recommends us to other parents.
Ben B. saw his children's maths and English "massively improved" after joining, and says the difference was easy to see.
Zak S. praises the consistent, "customer centric" teaching and the family-run care shown to every student.
Amier A. calls it the best tuition centre in Harrow, with real emphasis placed on tracking each child's progress.
Brighter Minds Centre is an after-school and homework club in Harrow for children aged 8 and up. We started the centre to fill a gap: a place where working parents could trust that homework actually gets done, in an environment run by people who know each child by name.
We're a standalone centre — not a classroom bolted onto something else — with rooms sized for small-group and quiet, individual work, so sessions never feel rushed or overcrowded.
Habib founded Brighter Minds Centre after 6 years' experience teaching, including a role as Head of Maths. He holds a degree in Mathematics and is a PGCE/QTS qualified teacher.
He started the centre to bring that classroom experience directly to the local community, giving children a dedicated space to build confidence and make real progress after school.
Outside the centre, Habib's a keen football fan — Chelsea, through thick and thin.
A quiet, supervised room where children work through their homework with support close at hand when they get stuck. No distractions, no rush.
Structured small-group sessions that build on what children are learning in school, led by staff who track progress and adapt to each child.
Flexible, safe care for parents working later — collection from school, snack time, homework and wind-down, any time up to close.
Subject-focused small-group sessions in Maths, English, Science and Arabic, led by outstanding qualified teachers who tailor each session to the group's level and pace.
